ICTV is a Minnesota 501(c)(3) with a mission to connect, inform and empower the community through diverse media.  For more than 35 years, the station has provided unedited government meeting proceedings, public events and education programming.  These programs are aired on Paul Bunyan Communications and Mediacom television networks.  Some of the programming is live on this website as well as accessible on the watchictv Channel on YouTube© and Facebook Watch.

Full time employees cover meetings of Itasca County, the cities of Grand Rapids, Cohasset, LaPrairie, Harris Township and ISD 318.  The majority of the meetings are also carried live and scheduled for cablecasting in regular weekly timeslots.  Staff also helps cover community news and events.

Members also help cover the community by recording events, musical shows and lectures.  Membership allows them the opportunity to check out cameras and support equipment to record the best quality programming they can.  Our staff, in turn, puts it together and prepares it for cablecasting.

There are a dozen ways in which people can connect with ICTV.  The ICTV Rules and Procedures guide is more about connections than rules.  Check it out and see where your goals and ICTV’s services mesh. RULES & PROCEDURES
