FREE Fitness and Strength Building for Older Adults
* It works! You’ll be stronger, have better balance, and will feel better. SAIL will help you stay active and independent.
* It’s safe! Instructors are experienced and skilled, and exercises have been tested with older adults.
* It’s fun! You’ll meet other older adults and make new friends.
* Groups meet twice a week for 90 minutes
* New attendees may start at anytime.
