When novelist Charles Condomine invites an eccentric medium to perform a séance, things take an unexpected turn as he finds himself haunted by the ghost of his first wife, Elvira. Caught between his past and present marriages, Charles must navigate a hilarious and chaotic tangle of ghostly antics and romantic rivalry.
