Itasca Community Television, Inc., does business as ICTV. It's the nonprofit that connects, informs and empowers the community through diverse media. With program topics as wide ranging as government meetings, traffic updates, human interest stories and education, ICTV tells the story of our community.

ICTV is funded by the Grand Rapids Area Cable Commission, the Blandin Foundation, Itasca County, our members, donors and service income.

Become A Board Member

ICTV is a Minnesota 501 (C)(3) non-profit organization. It is governed by a Board of Directors chosen from the membership and community. The Board of Directors meets six times annually and is host to an annual membership meeting. The Executive Committee meets four times annually. Other committees are formed as needed to conduct the business of the organization
