Ingredients

  • 4 sli tuscan or ciabatta bread
  • 8 T extra virgin oil
  • 1 clv garlic
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Toast the bread, then rub it with garlic. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and drizzle with the olive oil. Serve warm.

Notes

With all the toppings recipes, spread 1-2 T of desired topping on a slice of bread. Bake bread until golden brown and heated through in a 400 degree oven for 6-8 minutes. Serve immediately.
