Itasca Community Television Inc., is a non-profit organization established to provide local content to area TV cable television providers. It is funded by a service agreement with the Grand Rapids Area Cable Commission, grants, service fees and memberships.

The 2010 White Oak Sled Dog Classic was held in Deer River, MN on 1-09-10. 86 teams competed and included mushers from the United States, Canada, New Zealand, and Ireland. The temperature was -17 F when the race began, but the dogs didn't mind a bit.

Actually from a long time i was waiting for , the 2010 White Oak Sled Dog Classic in Deer River, it was really cold on that day but i really enjoyed the race.
