From the ICTV Archives

Each Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm, ICTV plays programs from the archives on the Public Access Channel. Coming up on Saturday, February 3, we will be replaying the Grand Rapids Area Library program, “Cruising 101: Everything You Wanted to Know.” This will be followed by the Road to Recovery episode, “Recovery Among Diverse Populations.” The following week, February 10, will feature two Grand Rapids Area Library programs: “Songs and Stories of the Ojibwe” and “Ojibwe, The Shining People.” Keep an eye on ICTV’s schedule to see what’s coming out of the archive next.

Lunch with Legislators

The community had an opportunity to meet with some of the Itasca legislators on Friday for lunch and conversation at the Timberlake Lodge in Grand Rapids. Senators Justin Eichorn and David Tomassoni along with Representatives Matt Bliss and Sandy Layman answered questions about the upcoming session. The discussion was moderated by Bud Stone.
