North American Bison

Just Outdoor host Tom Chapin took us out in Itasca County this week to take a look at Noth American Bison, the animal commonly refered to as buffalo. He talks with Dan Severson about the animal, the meat, and takes us through the process of slaughter through skinning, cleaning and paritioning of the bison.

Each Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm, ICTV plays programs from the archives on the Public Access Channel. Grand Village Board Meeting

The Grand Village Board met this week on Thursday for their monthly meeting for February. The meeting was relatively short, and is available to watch on ICTV thanks to volunteer help capturing the events on a regular basis for the station.
