From the ICTV Archives

Each Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm, ICTV plays programs from the archives on the Public Access Channel. Coming up on Saturday, November 11, we will be replaying two Grand Rapids Area Library programs: “Artaria String Quartet,” and “The Spirit Sings: Oboe Bass Duet.” The following week, November 18, will feature the Itasca Community Chorus – Concert Favorites from October of 2016. This will be followed the Grand Rapids Area Library program, “Self-Publishing: A Story.” Keep an eye on ICTV’s schedule to see what’s coming out of the archive next.

Broadway! Then and Now

The Itasca Community Chorus went tho the Reif Performing Art Center's stage on Sunday with Broadway! Then and Now, featuring showtunes from near and far. The songs were performed in collaboration with Deer River High School choirs & Pure Energy Dance. Sam Evans was the Artistic Director and Stuart Boehr was the accompanist for the show.

Just Outdoors Marathon

In honor of the Minnesota Governor’s Deer Hunting Opener taking place in Grand Rapids this year, ICTV is having a Just Outdoors Marathon. ICTV’s Public Access Channel (Channel 2 Mediacom / Channel 32 Paul Bunyan) will exclusively play Just Outdoors programming from 2:00pm on Thursday, November 2 until 2:00pm on Saturday, November 4. It will include such episodes as: Bear no. 56, Back Country Winter Fishing, Deer Processing Start to Finish, Copper Bullets, and much more. Be sure to tune in for this wealth of outdoor programming!
